Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be absolutely pleased with your VoluptuArt purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Just call or email us to let us know that you would like to make a return or exchange. Call toll free: 866.448.2416 or send an email to: Returns@VoluptuArt.com
If any of the products in your order are damaged, please let us know immediately (by email or phone) and if we have anymore of the item in stock we will put it to the side for you and work out the return/exchange. If we do not have the item in stock, you can choose to wait for the item if we are able to obtain a new one or we will give you a refund.
You must return the merchandise in it’s original packaging. Both the item & the packaging must be in the same condition as when you received it to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Return shipping and handling will only be refunded on damaged items. We recommend that for your protection you return your package by insured mail.
If the exterior packaging is damaged, please also file a claim with the carrier who delivered your package. You will need to save all of the original packaging for the shipping carrier to review.

Our goal is to give you the best customer service you have ever had. We're available via phone or email for any of your questions or needs.
We provide gift wrapping service on most of our products. You will be able to choose gift wrapping for each item during the checkout process. The cost is $2.00 per item. In the special instructions box, please specify which item(s) you chose to have gift wrapped if there is more than 1 item in your order.
We use high quality wrapping & tissue papers, gift boxes and raffia ribbons.
Gift Message: During checkout in the Special Instructions box, please type in the message you would like us to include with your gift. You may also purchase a card from our extensive selection of greeting cards to be sent with your gift. If you have chosen more than one card for your order, just note in the Special Instructions box which one you would like matched up with (each) gift. We will then insert the gift message you have included.
Shipping a gift: We can send the wrapped gift to you or directly to your gift recipient. If you want us to send the gift to your recipient, make sure you have given us the correct address in the 'Shipping Address' section during checkout. You will notice that your address is the default mailing address, so, be sure to click the EDIT ADDRESS button and then choose the gift recipient's address from your Address Book or type in the address in the boxes provided.
You may have any number of items wrapped and matched with greeting cards for numerous gift recipients if ALL of the packages will be sent directly to you. This way you will be able to give your beautifully wrapped gift to your friend or family member in person.
Note: there are a small number of products and shipping packaging situations that make it difficult to gift wrap an order. When that happens, we will notify you and refund the cost of your gift wrapping charges.
Security & Privacy
Keeping your identifying & payment information secure & private is of the utmost importance to us.
We have a secure ceritificate issued by Thawte (http://www.thawte.com/ssl-digital-certificates/ssl-info/index.html).
We do not store any of your credit card information. You will need to re-enter your credit card info with each VoluptuArt order. We use Authorize.net (http://www.authorize.net/company/aboutus/) to process your payments securely. They are one of the largest internet payment gateways with over 150,000 businesses relying on them.
We will never share your address or any other identifying information with any third parties. The information you give us is strictly for processing your order and notifying you of VoluptuArt news & specials. We ask for your phone number so that we may contact you if we have any questions about your order.

It is important to us at VoluptuArt that we provide opportunities for supporting the many wonderful organizations who are working hard towards ending body hatred. One of the ways we offer support is through financial donations to these organizations.
Organizations that we have approved to be part of our Donation Program are provided with a Donation Code to give to their supporters. We will then donate a portion from the proceeds of your order to that organization.
How to apply a Donation Code: If you have a donation code, please type it in the Special Instructions box found at the bottom of the page during Checkout - Step 2. If you have a discount coupon code and want to use that we will not be able to process a Donation Code as well. If you prefer to have us donate a portion of your order to the organization that is matched up with the Donation Code you have, then you will need to remove your discount code. To do so, enter the word 'remove' in the same box you entered your discount coupon code and click the NEXT button found at the bottom right hand corner of the Checkout - Step 2 page. If you used your discount coupon for your order, we won't be able to honor the donation code.

This includes our Dancing Woman logo. We had a vision of a woman who sits firmly in her body, moves with grace & delight and wears the sassy & self affirming color of red. The image of a woman we hope any woman can relate to in some aspect of herself. Our graphic designer, Annie Danberg, did an exquisite job of translating our vision into a gorgeous pencil drawing.
Ani Yaffa, LLC: Just in case you were wondering what the name of our LLC (Limited Liability Co.) is all about - the words are Hebrew and translate to "I Am Beautiful!"
We are required to collect Sales Tax for orders billed to customers who reside in the state of California. At this point, we are not collecting Sales Tax from customers who reside in other States or Countries.
