General Shipping info
We ship orders worldwide from Northern California, USA. Our carrier is the United States Postal Service.
The ship to address you have entered for each order will define the type of shipping options displayed for you to choose from:
Domestic addresses (within USA): Priority Mail (2-3 days)
International addresses (outside USA): Priority Mail (6-10 days) and International First Class Mail if your order weighs less than 14ozs (10+ days).
The days noted are the number of days once shipped until arrival (not including order processing time). International customers are responsible for all customs and duty fees.
Calculate Shipping
If you would like to get a preview of your shipping costs before completing your order process, click on the “Calculate Shipping” link found in the box under Cart Totals on the Shopping Cart page.
For USA addresses, enter: United States / State / Zip Code
For Canadian addresses, enter: Canada / Province / Postal Code
For all other International addresses, enter: Country / Postal Code
Click the Update Totals button and you will see your shipping options.
How we set shipping costs
Our shipping calculator is based on the actual weight of your order and the address it is being shipped to. This includes international orders. We DO NOT charge shipping based on the cost of your order or add inflated handling charges. These are the real charges.
Order Processing Time
We process orders Monday – Friday and make every effort to ship out your order within 1-3 days. There are rare times where we are waiting for an item you have purchased before we can complete and ship your order. If this is the case, we will notify you immediately. There may be times that we have a large number of orders to process and are not able to get your order shipped within the above mentioned time parameters. We’ll get it shipped as soon as possible.
Order Processing for Original Artwork
If you are purchasing original artwork the order processing time frame will be noted on that individual product page. The artwork will be shipped directly to you by the artist. Often, additional time to package and process the artwork is necessary.
